Treasure Maps that inspire families to explore your town or city centre

Would you like to inspire families to get outdoors and explore your town or city centre?

Treasure Map Trails are fantasy-themed adventures that put the kids in charge, inspiring them to find landmarks on-and-around High Streets across the UK.

Every adventure gets families seeing town and city centres in a totally new way, boosting footfall for businesses, inspiring community pride and stimulating local tourism.

We've worked with Councils across the UK to create inspiring Treasure Map Trails.

What is a Treasure Map Trail?

Treasure Map Trails are fantasy-themed treasure maps of town and city centres that get families outside and having fun together, and enjoying local towns and cities in a totally new way.

Covent Garden Treasure Map Trail

The challenge for young explorers is to follow the map and find treasures such as statues, sculptures, gargoyles and quirky signs, many of which tell a story about the location's fascinating past.

On the back of the map are bitesize facts about the town, introducing kids to local history in a fun way.

Each bigger-than-A3 map is printed on high-quality laminated paper, and folds down to pocket size for outdoor adventures that can withstand all weathers and even the stickiest of fingers!

We'll work with you to scout, plan and craft your map

We can create a bespoke treasure map for any setting, designing an exciting family adventure that drives footfall and brings visitors to all corners of your town centre or attraction.

And our slow-paced adventures leave plenty of time for families to enjoy local shops, cafes and restaurants as they search for treasures.

We scout, design and produce every map ourselves, giving you complete control at each step of the development process.

So if you'd like to know more about creating a bespoke treasure map for your location, contact our team to find out more.

I really like the creative and imaginative approach these maps use to highlight ‘treasures’ in the town that may often be overlooked when walking by every day. It’s also really important for us to offer free or low cost activities for our families to do, whilst making sure they are also fun and engaging – and these maps tick all those boxes.

The map was incredibly popular with children and families and we had lots of positive feedback. This was a perfect way to help residents explore the town and uncover some hidden gems.
